Today, the House Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee took a bold step in protecting New Hampshire’s strong history of embracing the Second Amendment.
As you know, President Biden has said that if Congress does not pass his gun control schemes, that he has a pen and he will use it to circumvent them. He has said he will act unilaterally to push his extreme anti-gun agenda into existence.
So, we knew that we had to act and stand up for our rights here in the Granite State, which is why we passed SB 154 today which will prohibit New Hampshire law enforcement agencies from enforcing any Presidential Executive Orders that infringe on the Second Amendment.
Your New Hampshire House Republicans are standing up for the Second Amendment and pushing back against Biden’s federal overreach.
