Concord, NH – New Hampshire Republican State Committee Chairman Stephen Stepanek released the following statement regarding the growing border crisis:
“President Joe Biden is more concerned about opening the border than he is about opening our schools,” said NHGOP Chairman Stephen Stepanek. “When we look at our New Hampshire Federal delegation of Senator Shaheen, Senator Hassan, Congressmen Pappas, and Congresswoman Kuster, we expect them to stand up as a voice for the values of Granite Staters. Instead, they are failing to do their jobs by turning a blind eye to the border crisis that continues to grow in size and severity with each passing day. Joe Biden and our Federal delegation are refusing to speak out on this issue, leaving Granite Staters voiceless. This is not the determined, focused leadership New Hampshire wants, and I know that Granite Staters will demand and get better representation in the 2022 election.”
