Major Joyce Craig votes to cover-up real story of Alderman Dan O\u2019Neil<\/strong><\/p>\n Concord, NH – NHGOP Chairman Stephen Stepanek released the following statement regarding Mayor Joyce Craig’s decision to break a tie on the Board of Alderman preventing an investigation into fellow Democrat Alderman Dan O’Neil:<\/p>\n \u201cIt is outrageous that Mayor Joyce Craig would use her tie-breaking vote on the Manchester Board of Alderman to vote against a transparent investigation into a potentially huge conflict of interest,\u201d said NHGOP Chairman Stephen Stepanek. \u201cThere are real questions about the integrity of the Board of Alderman and the decisions that are being made, and instead of using her vote to shed light on potential conflicts of interest Mayor Craig decided to engage in a cover-up.
