Governor Chris Sununu\u2019s Phenomenal Choice<\/strong><\/p>\n Concord, NH – NHGOP Chairman Stephen Stepanek released the following statement regarding Governor Chris Sununu’s nomination of Attorney John Formella to serve as New Hampshire’s next Attorney General:<\/p>\n \u201cGovernor Chris Sununu has made a phenomenal choice to be our State\u2019s next Attorney General,” said NHGOP Chairman Stephen Stepanek. “Attorney John Formella has already served our state dutifully as Governor Sununu\u2019s legal counsel since 2017, and his experience in private practice before his Government service make him an exceptional pick. Attorney Formella will lead the New Hampshire Department of Justice forward, build on the successes of Chief Justice MacDonald, and ensure New Hampshire\u2019s laws are enforced fairly, effectively, and efficiently.
